SR22 Illinois
Insurance Certificate
If you are convicted of
driving without
insurance, you will be
required to carry an
SR22 Certificate for
either 12 or 36 months
that certifies to the
Secretary of State in
Springfield that you now
carry liability
insurance. If your
policy is terminated
early, your license will
again be suspended.

household for death
sustained in an auto
